1. General policies and commercial conditions.

1.1 Sustainability Policies and Programs

Costa Rica All Over is committed to making its operation environmentally and socially responsible in the area where they operate. For this, CR ALL OVER received training on good sustainable tourism practices and on Corporate Social Responsibility. The general policies with which Costa Rica All Over opera, are grouped as follows:

  • Environmental policies: Program for saving water, electricity and solid waste classification, green purchasing policy, customer information for behavior in protected areas and care for the environment.
  • Socio-cultural policies: Hiring of area personnel, support for small businesses and community development associations and surroundings, purchases from local producers, billing in accordance with the law, training for collaborators, support for the rescue of cultural traditions in the area.

CR ALL OVER is currently working on a series of improvements with the aim of meeting the requirements of tourist demand and especially of Tour Operators, the efforts are as follows:

  • They are in the process of obtaining the Tourist Declaration.
  • Documentation, training and implementation of the emergency plan for employees and guests.
  • We have the Civil Liability Policy and Work Risk Policy.

1.2 Reservation Policy

  • All reservations must be received in writing via email, through our web form, or through any other official channel that the company indicates on its website.
  • The reservations department will receive the request and respond to the reservation via email within a maximum of 48 hours, indicating the deadline for payment. CR ALL OVER cannot guarantee the reservation if the payment is not made on the requested date.
  • Only written confirmations by CR ALL OVER will be valid.
  • The change or modification of services with previously confirmed dates, is subject to availability.
  • Pets are NOT allowed during tours or transportation, except guide dogs for blind people, which must be indicated in the reservation request.

1.3 Cancellation policy.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and with confirmation of receipt from CR ALL OVER. The cancellation policies that apply are the following:

  • A full refund applies if the cancellation is made 5 days before the reservation date, Costa Rica All Over will charge $10 USD in the case of tours and transportation for administrative expenses. In the case of cancellation due to lodging, the cancellation policy of each hotel or accommodation service will apply.
  • No refunds apply for late cancellations made from 1 to 4 days before the service date, “no shows” or unused portions of previously reserved and confirmed services.

1.4 Special Policies

  • Policies for children: Children under 3 years old traveling with at least one adult will not pay. Children over 4 years but under 12 will pay a discounted rate. Children over 12 years old pay normal adult rate.

1.5 Payment Policy

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a bank deposit or electronic transfer with 100% of the total payment of the reservation.
  • Service payments are collected in US dollar currency.
  • Costa Rica All Over will provide you with a payment link, where you can make the payment in an agile, fast and secure way.
